Chantal has lived with HIV for 23 years, she believes in all diversity in all facets of life including sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, color, race and economic class. She has skills on delivering HIV/AIDS education workshops in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. She has served as a board member at African in Partnership against AIDS (APAA) and volunteered at Women Health and Women Hands (WHIWH) in Canada where she participated in a documentary called The Women I’ve Become. She has done digital stories in the context of HIV Disclosure. She has participated in all HIV Positive Speaker’s Bureau and is actively engaged in local HIV/AIDS prevention or care planning group.
